Ingredients

  • Butter 150g
  • Sugar 160g
  • Eggs 3
  • Cake flour 160g
  • Baking powder 1/2tsp
  • Orange+ zest 1
  • Vanilla essance 1 TSP

Instructions

  • Pre- heat oven at 190*C In a large mixing bowl with paddle attachment beat butter and sugar until smooth and pale yellow in colour.
  • To the butter mix add in eggs( one at a time ) and orange zest. Meanwhile sift flour and baking powder and setaside.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet until.just combined. Now slowly add in the orange juice and fold the batter until just mix.
  • In a disposable cake.loaf pan measure 300g each loaf. Bake for 25mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Notes/Tips

On every stage of mixing do not over mix.
