Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup powered sugar
  • 1/4cup yogurt
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2cup milk
  • 1/4cup food oil
  • 2tsp vinegar
  • 1tsp paan essence
  • 1cup whipping cream
  • 1/2cup sugar syrup
  • 5paan leaves
  • 2-3spoon gulkand
  • 2spoon green sauf
  • 2-3 spoon tutti fruti

Instructions

  • - Grind the paan leaves, tutti fruti and saunf in the mixer grinder and make the paste of all the ingredients.
  • -Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl, flour, baking powder,baking soda all in one.
  • In another bowl take yogurt, powder sugar, food oil and milk . Beat all the ingredients till it becomes smooth.
  • -now fold all dry ingredients into the better with cut and fold method.
  • -add 1 spoon paan essence -add 2 spoon vinegar -add paan gulkand mixer into the better -add 2-3 drpos of green color
  • -Take 6 inch heart shape tin. -greece the tin with oil and put the parchment paper, after this pour the better into the tin.
  • - now bake the better in the oven at 180 degree in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
  • -now whip the cream, add paan essence, add 2-3drops of green color.
  • -cut the cake in two layers and spread the cream. Now cover the whole cake with whipped cream.
  • -and now decorate your cake with your desired icing.
