- Boil milk.Let it simmer till it is reduced to half.
- Meanwhile grate and boil lauki.When it comes to room temp,pass it through blender to make a smooth paste.
- Add it to milk and let simmer for about 15 minutes.Now add oatmeal,sugar and condensed milk.Let this all reduce to half.
- Remove from flame and let cool.Transfer to an air tight container and freeze for two hours.
- After two hopurs, grind paan leaves,gulkand,moti saunf to a coarse paste.
- Take out Ice cream from the freezer.Transfer in a grinder jar.Add malai and paan paste.
- Give two three short quick churns.Pour in moulds and freeze for 8-9 hrs.
- Your healthy creamy ice cream is ready.Demould and enjoy this summer treat.
