- Heat Oil Add khada masala, Onion, tomatoes, cashew. Roast for a while. Let it cool n make a paste.
- In a Pan, add Jeera, ginger, garlic,Bay Leaf, Onion n Capsicum.
- Add Dry Masala's n prepared Paste.
- Then add Fresh Cream, Kasuri Methi, Paneer n Salt.
- Pour 1/2 C Water n let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Heat coal Piece, place over in a small bowl,pour Ghee over it.
- Cover n let it sit for 2 minutes. Remove it n serve hot.
