  • Paneer 100 grams
  • Water 2 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Saffron as per taste
  • Elaichi 1/2 teaspoons
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee/Oil for frying 300 mililitres
  • Water 1 cup
  • Saffron strands 1 tablespoons
  • Lime juice 1/2 teaspoons
  • Corn flour 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Turmeric 1/4 teaspoons

Instructions

  • Water turmeric, grind it till we get thick and smooth consistency.
  • Transfer this mixer into apiping bag with adding nozzle into it (can make any desired shapes).keep ready.
  • In another pan prepare sugar syrup adding sugar, water once sugar gets dissolved, add lime juice & saffron threads,
  • let it boil before we get 1 spring consistency.In a kadhai heat Ghee/ Oil (I used Ghee) when oil is hot using piping bag
  • Pour batter into hot oil with medium flame.flip both the sides and fry for 2 mints with high medium flame.From khadi itself transfer hot jalebi into hot sugar syrup soak it in sugar syrup for 10 minutes.Finally garnish with nuts
