- Water turmeric, grind it till we get thick and smooth consistency.
- Transfer this mixer into apiping bag with adding nozzle into it (can make any desired shapes).keep ready.
- In another pan prepare sugar syrup adding sugar, water once sugar gets dissolved, add lime juice & saffron threads,
- let it boil before we get 1 spring consistency.In a kadhai heat Ghee/ Oil (I used Ghee) when oil is hot using piping bag
- Pour batter into hot oil with medium flame.flip both the sides and fry for 2 mints with high medium flame.From khadi itself transfer hot jalebi into hot sugar syrup soak it in sugar syrup for 10 minutes.Finally garnish with nuts
