- Take a pan, heat oil in it.
- Add green chilies n sauté.
- Add chopped onions and sauté for one minute.
- Now add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, garam masala and stir well.
- When all masalas are well cooked, add crumbled paneer and combine well.
- Add chopped coriander to it.
- Now apply butter on buns and toast on medium heat on tawa.
- Slit the toasted bun into two and stuff it with paneer burji.
- Arrange all buns in a line with onion rings and serve hot with coriander chutney.
