  • Potatoes 500gm
  • Curd 200gm
  • Bread crumbs 200 gm
  • Tamarind chutney 6tsp
  • Green chutney
  • Sew 100 gm
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Coriander 3tsp
  • Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  • Maida 2 tsp
  • Sugar 2.tsp
  • Corn 100 gm
  • Paneer 100 gm
  • Salt
  • Green chilli 2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tsp

Instructions

  • Take potatoes 500.gm and boil it and then mash it add 1 table spoon salt. And onion and coriander cut. And take a bowl curd and mix with sugar. And make green chutney in bowl and tamarind chutney.
  • Cut paneer in small pieces and boil corn and mix paneer and corn and some chilli flakes and green chilli and salt. And take boil mash potatoes and fill paneer corn mixer in it. And make patties.
  • Heat pan and take oil in pan. Shallow fry patties in pan and take in plate some patties
  • Take patties in serving plate add green chutney. And tamarind chutney in patties and add curd in patties and garnish some onion and coriander and sew and serve it delicious mouth watering recipe is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Not deep fry patties for chaat because it is not healthy for you.
