Ingredients

  • Grated paneer One cup
  • Mashed potatoes 1/2 cup
  • Rajgira flour 1/3cup
  • Powdered Cashews nuts 1/4 cup
  • Grated Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chillies 2tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 Tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 Tsp
  • Rock salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 1tbs

Instructions

  • Take all ingredients except ghee in mixing bowl,
  • mix well using your hand
  • Knead well to form a smooth dough
  • Rest the dough for 10 minutes
  • Devine the dough into 6 portions
  • Roll each into 3 inches long around a skewer
  • Grease grill pan with ghee and shallow fry until cooked.
  • Serve with chutney
