Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 3 cup
  • Kashmiri dry chillies 3 units
  • Coriander seeds 1 tablespoons
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds 1 tablespoons
  • Sliced capsicum 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Take a pan roast the dry chillies and coriander seeds on a slow flame for a minute and then blend the same in a fine powder like mixture.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, once the seeds cackle and sliced capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Later, add the powdered mixture, tomatoes, salt and 2 tbsp water, mix well and let it cook for 2 -3 minutes
  • Add paneer and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Serve hot with naan, roti or paratha.
