- Cut the paneer into small pieces. Add Basil leaves, garlic cloves, green garlic and cashew pieces into mixer bowl and make a fine paste of it.
- Heat the pen and add the 2 spoon butter and roast it for 2 minutes and switch off the gas.
- Mix paneer pieces, salt, black pepper powder and olive oil.
- Add finely chopped capsicum into it and apply stuffing on one side of bread and put other slide of bread on it.
- Apply butter on both side of sandwich and then grill it.
- Do the same for all sandwich and serve hot Paneer Pesto Grill Sandwich with hot soup or with chutney. And there you go.. ready to serve!
