- Bell Peppers Green Yellow Red Cut them in 2 halves ,remove seeds
- For Stuffing -> Mix 1.Grated Paneer 2.Shredded Cabbage 3.Shredded Carrot 4.Grated Ginger 5.Salt 6.Red Chilli powder 7.Roasted Cumin powder 8.Carom seeds 9.Dried Mango powder 10.Coriander leaves 11.Dried fenugreek leaves Mix it
- Saute above mixture in hot pan with little bit of oil Slightly cook the paneer When color becomes little bit golden Consider it done
- Spoon Paneer stuffing in bell pepper
- Pan fry Bell peppers in little bit of oil Let them cook for 7 to 10 mins until golden brown color appears Serve them with flat bread of your choice
- Garnish with Coconut and pomegranate
