- Heat oil in a pan, add onion n capsicum, sauté for 2 min. Add grated paneer, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala n mix well. Turn of the heat ,Add coriander leaves and keep aside.
- Grind soaked moong dal, Add salt, gcg paste n water to make thin batter for chilla.
- Add pinch of soda to batter and whip well. Pour the batter on heated tawa to prepare chilla.Cook on both the sides with good spoon of oil.
- Stuff chilla with paneer stuffing n roll it n relish with chutney.
