Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pasta 300g
  • Cottage cheese 200g
  • Red Pepper
  • Yellow pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the cottage cheese into small cubes and cook in a preheated Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180*C. Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions, drain and allow to cool or run under cold water. Wash and chop the peppers into small chunks.
  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. To improve the taste, drizzle freshly squeezed lemon juice, black salt, etc.
