  • Protein Powder 2 scoops
  • Almond flakes 1/2 cup
  • Peanut butter 1 tbsp
  • Skim Milk 1 Cup
  • Banana 1/2
  • Honey 1tbsp

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
