  • Whole-wheat bread 2 Slices
  • Peanut Butter 1 tbsp
  • Banana 1/2
  • Cheddar Cheese 1/2 ounce

Instructions

  • Coat medium pan with cooking spray and put on medium-low heat. Place bread on a work surface and spread each slice with peanut butter, dividing evenly. On 1 slice, layer banana and cheese. Top with remaining slice of bread, peanut butter side down. Place sandwich in pan and cook, turning once, until bread toasts and cheese melts, (~2 minutes per side).
