  • Oil 3 Tablespoon
  • Onion (sliced) 40 g
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato puree 250 g
  • Water 250 g
  • Pasta 250 g
  • Pepperoni 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • Take a large pot and heat it up , then add the oil , and the onion saute till it had caramelized
  • Add the paprika and salt saute well , then add all the tomato puree then water. Let boil for a few minutes
  • Add you pasta Into the boiling tomato puree , let the pasta cook completely . Add water if necessary
  • Once the pasta had been cooked transfer the pasta to a baking tray and line the top with pepperoni coat with a good amount of cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
  • Bake the pasta at 180° c for 15-20 min
