  • BASIL LEAVES 1 CUP
  • GARLIC 4 TO 5 CLOVES
  • CASHEWNUTS 1/4 CUP
  • GREEN CHILLI 1
  • BELL PAPERS TRI COLOUR CHOPPED 1 CUP
  • BABY CORN BLANCHED & CHOPPED 2 TBSP
  • ONIONS CHOPPED 2 TBSP
  • CARROT BLANCHED & CHOPPED 2 TBSP
  • WHEAT(BROWN) PASTA BOIL 1 CUP
  • SALT & PAPER AS PER TASTE
  • LEMMON JUICE 2 TBSP
  • CHILII FLAKES 1 TSP
  • OLIVE OIL 2 TSP

Instructions

  • BASIL PESTO : in mixture jar take basil leaves, garlic, cashew nuts , lemon juice , salt & paper, 1 tsp olive oil and grind to make smooth pest. basil pesto is ready.
  • in pan add 1 tsp olive oil , add chilli flakes , onions , bell papers little salt & fry them for 30 seconds in high flame.
  • in mixing bowl add fry vegetables , carrot, baby corn, pasta & basil pesto. mix well everything

Notes/Tips

while serving add basil pesto, otherwise pasta & vegetables become soft.
