- Soak the pista in warm water for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Drain water and peel all the pista and blend into a fine paste.
- Now combine sugar and ½ cup water in a pan and boil it to make one string consistency sugar syrup.
- Add pista paste, milk powder to it. Mix well and stir it.
- Cook n stir it for 5 to 10 minutes till the mixture leaves its sides.
- Add chopped pista, cardamom powder and green food colour and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture on a greased plate and spread evenly.
- After it sets for 1 hour, cut into square pieces and serve.
