  • Onion 100gm
  • Tomato 100gm
  • green chilly 2
  • red chilly 2
  • curry leaves
  • Oil
  • salt

  • Pour water in a pan & let it boil. Add roughly chopped potato, onion, tomato, green & red chilles and salt to the boiling water. Once it is cooked, grind it to a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tble.spn of oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, hing, curry leaves and the paste. Cook for two minutes in low flame.
  • Then off the stove.. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • For tampering : Mustard seed, Urad dal, Hing, Curry Leaves Serve This Potato Chutney With Idly, Dosa And Also With Curd Rice
