- Pour water in a pan & let it boil. Add roughly chopped potato, onion, tomato, green & red chilles and salt to the boiling water. Once it is cooked, grind it to a fine paste and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tble.spn of oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, hing, curry leaves and the paste. Cook for two minutes in low flame.
- Then off the stove.. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- For tampering : Mustard seed, Urad dal, Hing, Curry Leaves Serve This Potato Chutney With Idly, Dosa And Also With Curd Rice
