  • Potato 3nos
  • Onions 2nos
  • Tomato 1nos
  • Green chillies 3nos
  • Ginger sliced 1small piece
  • Redchillies diced 2nos
  • Oil 4tbs
  • Water To boil
  • Coriander leaves Chopped To taste
  • Salt To taste
  • Coriander powder 1tbs
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tbs
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbs
  • Mustard seeds 1tbs
  • Garam masala powder 1tbs

Instructions

  • 1.boil potatoes in little water 2.slice onions green chillies and Tomatoes 3.when boil potatoes remove the skin mash well. 4.heat kadai add oil then add Mustard seeds then add redchillies.mix well.then add sliced onions suatage well add little salt.
  • 5.then add sliced tomatoes suatage well tomatoes are tender add turmeric Powder red chili powder coriander powder and garam masala powder mix well 6.add little water boil low flame 3minutes 7.then add chopped coriander leaves and little salt mix well
  • 8.boil 3minutes then stop fire .serve

Potatoes are well boiled smashing is very Easy.using milk in this recipe taste is boosting
