- cut out the seeds of parwal carefully so that u can pour panneer stuffing
- Crush the paneer and mix 1/2 tsp jeera powder, Haldi powder,chilli powder 7 salt
- Take a pa n & fry the paneer for 5 mins
- set a side to cool it down, now fry the parwal until it gets little soften
- now pour the paneer in to the parwal carefully
- On the pan add some oil and add whole cardamom,cloves,cumin,bay leaf,cinnamon stick
- add yogurt on it & fry it for more 5 mins
- add 1 cup water and wait until it boils
- add paneer stuffed parwal & cooked until parwal gets extremly soften
- lastly add 1 tsp ghee,garam masala & kasuri methi
