Ingredients

  • Prawns 500gm
  • Onions 4
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tspn
  • Sesame seeds 200gm
  • Redchilli Powder 1tspn
  • Turmeric 1/4tspn
  • Oil 2tbspn
  • Peanuts 50gm
  • Corriander 1tspn
  • Mustard seeds 1tspn
  • Curry leaves 5to6
  • Lemon juice 1tspn

Instructions

  • Take a pan, add oil to it, once oil is hot add Chopped onions and tomatoes, mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry till it turn golden brown.
  • Once it turn golden brown, add prawns to it and cover lid for 10min.
  • Till lid is covered, make a fine paste of peanuts and sesame seeds
  • Now open lid and check wheather prawns are properly boiled, once done add salt to it, add ginger garlic paste and mix it properly, now add fine paste of peanuts and sesame seeds, add redchilli powder, turmeric, and mix properly, cover lid.
  • After 10min open lid, mix it turn of the gas. Now add 1tspn lemon juice to it and again give a mix. Serve hot

Notes/Tips

Prawns should not overcook.
