Ingredients

  • Roasted Peanuts 1 cup
  • Flax seeds 1 Tablespoon
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon
  • Country sugar 3/4 cup

Instructions

  • Take a cup of Peanuts , Then roast it and remove it's Peel.
  • Take those roasted Nuts , A cup of Country Sugar , 1 Tablespoon of Flax seeds and 1 Tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • Now Grind the above said ingredients coarsely.
  • Now , the protein mix is Ready . You can store It for a week and enjoy!!
