  • Almond Milk 2 Cups
  • Dates 1/2 Cup
  • Chia Seeds 1/3 Cup
  • Pumpkin Puree 3/4 Cup
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice 3/4 tsp

Instructions

  • In a large container with a lid, combine milk, dates and chia seeds. Cover and shake well. Refrigerate for about 6 hours. Pour mixture into a blender and process on high until very smooth (~2 minutes). Add pumpkin purée, and pie spice. Blend until combined. Equally divide into 6 covered dishes. Refrigerate for 1 more hour before serving.
