  • Chana daal 2cups

Instructions

  • Boil chana daal when it gets masshi strain it n boil it with equal mesurment of jaggery n 1tsp of green Cardamom powder n a pinch of nutmag powder after jaggery is melted boil till semi solid n then grind it in a puran maker.

Channa dal must be cooked well
