- Prepare Queso into butter with all ingredients & cook well. remove in a bowl. Keep aside.
- Slightly toss all the vegetables, beans & rice into olive oil & spices & mix well on high heated pan.
- Now serve Queso Rice bowls prepared with rice and Queso layers with grated cheese. repeat the layers 2 times & top with Queso. Bake on 140*C for 15 minutes, garnish with Oregano leaves. Serve hot with Nachos & Salsa.
