- Grind the Oreo biscuits very finely and transfer it in a pan, add 2 spoons of cocoa powder, add baking powder and a spoon of powdered sugar (optional). Later add a cup of milk and give it a good mix. Transfer the mix to a baking tray and bake your cake.
- For chocolate truffle/Ganache Heat your chocolate in a double boiler heat your cream in another pan. Transfer the cream to the melted chocolate and give it a good mix, add a spoon of butter for the extra glaze.
