Quick and easy to make: Oreo Truffle Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 Packets of Oreo biscuits 3 packs
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 2 spoons
  • Eno Half a packet
  • Baking powder One teaspoon
  • Amul fresh cream 100 ml
  • Dark chocolate 200 gms

Instructions

  • Grind the Oreo biscuits very finely and transfer it in a pan, add 2 spoons of cocoa powder, add baking powder and a spoon of powdered sugar (optional). Later add a cup of milk and give it a good mix. Transfer the mix to a baking tray and bake your cake.
  • For chocolate truffle/Ganache Heat your chocolate in a double boiler heat your cream in another pan. Transfer the cream to the melted chocolate and give it a good mix, add a spoon of butter for the extra glaze.

Notes/Tips

Bake your cake for 30 to 35 mins... Once your cake has cooled, continue icing your cake according to your design ??♥️?‍? This can be a Last moment cake prep which is actually very easy and delicious
