  • Black beans, cooked 1 cup
  • Quinoa 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Chilli flakes 1 teaspoons
  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Minced garlic 1 teaspoons
  • Onion 1/2 units
  • Spinach chopped 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn boiled 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Cook Quinoa . Keep aside.
  • Mix black beans, quinoa, onion, spinach, corn, garlic, chili powder, cumin in a mixing bowl.
  • Make Patties out of mixture , roll in breadcrumbs and cook on a pan with oil. Cook until golden brown. Serve with dips.
