Ingredients

  • Water 2 Cups
  • Milk 2 Cups
  • Quinoa 2 Cups
  • Maple Syrup 3 tbsp
  • Pears 2
  • Dried Cranberries 60 gms
  • Salt 1 pinch

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, stir together the water, milk, quinoa and salt. Cover the pain and cook over medium heat until the mixture boils. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the cereal has reached the desired consistency.
  • You may add more water during cooking if the cereal gets too thick. Stir in the maple syrup or honey, pears and cranberries. Serve immediately.
