  • Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  • Dates 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Toasted sesame seeds 1 tablespoons
  • Pounded black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoons

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan , roast ragi flour for 10 minutes . keep it aside.
  • Chop and blend dates in blender, add 2 tbsp of ghee, roasted ragi flour and black pepper and blend once.
  • Now make balls of equal size and roll in roasted sesame seeds for equal coating.
  • You can store it for 10 days.
