Ingredients

  • Ragi flour 1 cup
  • Urad dal 1/4 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying 300 mililitres

Instructions

  • Mix urad dal and fenugreek seeds with water.
  • Set aside for 4 hours.
  • Blend into a smooth paste.
  • Add ragi flour, salt and water to make the batter.
  • Let it ferment for 12 hours.
  • Grease dosa pan with oil and pour the batter into it.
  • Cook till crispy and garnish with coriander.
  • Serve with coconut chutney.
