- Mix urad dal and fenugreek seeds with water.
- Set aside for 4 hours.
- Blend into a smooth paste.
- Add ragi flour, salt and water to make the batter.
- Let it ferment for 12 hours.
- Grease dosa pan with oil and pour the batter into it.
- Cook till crispy and garnish with coriander.
- Serve with coconut chutney.
