Ingredients

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Condensed milk (substitute curd/yogurt) 1/2cup
  • Sugar 1/4 Cup
  • Oil 1/4cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda 1/2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Essence 2 tablespoon
  • Pan greased 5 inches 6 pans
  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Some food gel colours

Instructions

  • Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl. Flour, baking powder and baking soda all in one.
  • In another bowl take condensed Milk,sugar and Oil.beat the mixture till it becomes smooth.
  • Now fold all dry ingredients into the condensed Milk Mixture.mix all ingredients with cut and fold method.
  • Add 1 tablespoon vanilla essence and mix.
  • Take 6 bowls and pour the batter in same quantity into each bowl.take the rainbow colors like violet,blue,Green,yellow, orange and red.mix these colors in every bowl.Don't take too much colour as it will spoil the taste.
  • Pour the colourful batters in 5 inches pans.now bake the batter separately in the oven at 180 degree in preheated Oven for 10 Minutes.Because we have 6 colorful batters in 6 different pans so we will bake the cakes one by one.
  • As we are baking our cakes in different colors and in different pans so it will take less time to bake.every time every colored cake will take 10 to 15 minutes to Bake.
  • Now whip the cream. Add some essence .
  • Layer the cakes by spreading with whip cream. First violet color,blue,green, yellow, orange and after that red colour.
  • Now cover the whole cake with whipped cream.
  • And now decorate your with your desired icing.

Notes/Tips

Do not overmix the cake batter and the quantity of the cake in 6 different Coloured batters should be same into each Pan.the temperature of any oven may be different so do check your cake often in between with a toothpick as it is baked or not.
