- Mix rose syrup with water & fill 4 cubes in the ice tray. Mix peppermint extract, green food colour with water & fill next 4 cubes. Add orange juice or frooti to next 4 cubes. Add butterfly pea tea to 8 cubes. Add lemon juice to 4 of those cubes.
- Freeze the ice tray until ice cubes have formed.
- In a tall glass, add the ice cubes in layers.
- Top it up with soda.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
