Ingredients

  • Skim Milk 1/2 cup
  • Green Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Banana 1
  • Frozen raspberries 2 cups
  • Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine the skim milk, yogurt and banana in a blender and process until smooth. Add the raspberries, vanilla and ice cubes and blend until smooth and thoroughly incorporated. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
