- For stuffing : 1. Take boiled raw banana in a bowl, peel and smash nicely. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, salt, lemon juice and mix together.
- in a small pan add 1 tsp oil make a tadka by adding mustard seeds, cummin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves. add this to the raw banana mixture.
- For cover: Mix gram floor, red chili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, ajwain, salt and water and make a medium thick batter.
- make small flattened balls of raw banana mixture , dip it in the Gram floor batter and deep fry it in hot oil.
- Serve these yummy hot Raw banana wada with bread slices, tamarind and mint chutney and sambar. Enjoy !!
