Ingredients

  • Kidney Beans 14 oz
  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 2 Cups
  • Cinamon stick 1/2 inch
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cloves 2
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Green Chili 1
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tbsp
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except yogurt into the slow cooker and stir well. Add 4 cups water and stir to combine. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours. Using back of spoon mash few beans. Stir well and serve with rice.
