  • Celery 3/4 cup
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Ground Red pepper 3/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Water 3 cups
  • Red Beans 1 Cup
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Bell pepper 1 cup
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Stir well and serve with rice.
