Ingredients

  • Red cabbage 1/2 (4cups)
  • Green apple sliced 1
  • Grapes 1cup
  • Extra virgin olive oil 4tbsp
  • White vinegar 1tbsp
  • Sea salt 1/2tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2tsp

Instructions

  • Trim the cabbage thinly and transfer it to a bowl.
  • Slice the green apple and add it.
  • Then add grapes and mix well.
  • Drizzle olive oil, white vinegar, salt and black pepper
  • Toss everything together well.
  • Serve it.

Notes/Tips

1. Make the salad in advance and keep it in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving to get the best flavor. 2. Again, toss the salad before serving. 3. You can add honey also.
