Rose Syrup 30 ml
Strawberry Crush 20 ml
Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
Sugar syrup 30 ml
Ice cubes 5/6
Plain drinking Soda150 ml
Whipped Cream or vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Sprinklers and cherry for garnishing

Instructions

Take a tall glass or a Mason Jar ,add rose syrup at its base.
Add Strawberry crush over the rose syrup
Add lemon juice, icecubes and sugar syrup (made by melting sugar in boiling water and cooling it.)
Add drinking soda to it slowly using an inverted spoon so that the layers at the bottom do not mix instantly with the soda giving a layered effect.
Top it up with non -diary whipping cream(whipped using a beater ) using a piping bag.You can also add 2 scoops of vanilla icecream if you don't have whipping cream.
Garnish it with sprinklers and cherry
