Red velvet cupcake

Notes/Tips

Recipe: Mix one cup milk & 1 tsp vinegar to make buttermilk for cupcake batter. In a bowl mix 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup sugar powder & vanilla essence. In a strainer, strain 1/2 cup maida,1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking soda. Add a few drops of red food colour & add the buttermilk to make a smooth batter. Pour it in the moulds & bake it for 17-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Frost the cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
