  • Cooked rice 2 cup
  • Ghee 2 tablespoons
  • Saffron 2-3 units
  • Pista colour drops 2 units
  • Unsweetened mawa 1/2 cup
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Whole sugar 1 1/2 cup
  • Pink colour drops 2 units

Instructions

  • Heat the ghee in a pan and roast the mava for 5-7 minutes. Add milk and whole sugar and boil them.
  • Add cooked rice and wait till it becomes thick. Make sure that cooked rice are not broken.
  • Take one teaspoon cooked rice in a bowl and add pink color and mix it well so rice becomes pink in color.Repeat the same process with green color.
  • Add saffron in remained rice. Take approx 2 spoon mixture in a hand and make a medium size laddu and granish it with pink and green rice.
  • Make laddu from the rice and server in a plate. Ready to serve!
