- Heat the ghee in a pan and roast the mava for 5-7 minutes. Add milk and whole sugar and boil them.
- Add cooked rice and wait till it becomes thick. Make sure that cooked rice are not broken.
- Take one teaspoon cooked rice in a bowl and add pink color and mix it well so rice becomes pink in color.Repeat the same process with green color.
- Add saffron in remained rice. Take approx 2 spoon mixture in a hand and make a medium size laddu and granish it with pink and green rice.
- Make laddu from the rice and server in a plate. Ready to serve!
