Ingredients

  • Brown Rice Flakes 45 g
  • Milk 200 ml
  • Blueberry Jam
  • Coconut and nuts
  • Chia seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, soak the chia seeds in milk. Place the rice flakes and milk in a saucepan. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes until you reach your desired consistency. Add the soaked chia seeds and mix.
  • Spoon into a bowl and serve with a dollop of blueberry jam and some desiccated coconut and nuts scattered on top.
