Ingredients

  • Ricotta cheese 1 cup
  • Gulkand 4 tsp
  • Sugar 4tsp
  • Rose Syrup 2 tsp
  • Milk 2 cup

Instructions

  • In a Mixing bowl combine ricotta Cheese, sugar and Gulkand. Mix all The Ingredients well
  • Transfer Ricotta Cheese Mixture into Baking pan and Spread it. It Should be Around half the Thickness of pan. bake it For 40 min at 350F
  • Meanwhile add the milk in a pan and Allow it to boil. After a boil simmer it for 15 min.
  • Remove the Ricotta Mixture from oven and allow it to cool. Add the rose Syrup in milk Mixture and pour it over the cooled baked Ricotta . This is the rose Malai ready
  • Refrigerate the rose maLai for 1 hr. And serve it with fresh rose Petals
