  • Maida 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Dry rose pattles For decoration
  • Pistachios 1/4 cup
  • Gulkand 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 500 gms
  • Pista crush 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • First beat butter milk, sugar and soda and leave it for 5 minutes and add maida,oil,baking powder and mix it well.and bake for 40 mins in 180° For Icing :take Whipped cream and beat And do layering of cakes and add pista crush nd pistachios b/w two layers
