Ingredients

  • Rolled oats 70gm
  • Pistachio 12gm
  • Almond 12gm
  • Dried Cranberries 12gm
  • Dried Blueberry 12gm
  • Dried plum 12gm
  • Dried strawberry 12gm
  • Powdered sugar 30gm
  • Granulated sugar 1tbsp
  • Honey 40gm
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4tsp

Instructions

  • Dry roast the oats till light brown color then mix the cashew almond and pistachio till crisp at low flame. It will take 10 to 15minutes
  • In a kadai add oil and spices then add powdered sugar and honey till dissolve the sugar.
  • Add all the roast mixture along with cranberry,blueberry, plums and strawberry to honey mixture.cook the mixture for 5 minutes then add granulated sugar saute for a minute.
  • Set the mixture at desired mould I personally mould it on rose shaped then demould it after 1 hrs.

Notes/Tips

Use 1 string consistency of honey mixture. Don't overcooked.
