Ingredients

  • Soaked Sabudana 11/2cup
  • Boiled potatoes 2-3
  • Crushed ground nut 2tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tablespoon
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Cumin seed 1/2tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander 2tbsp

Instructions

  • First off all take all ingredients on one platform. Take 4-6hrs soaked sabudana and boiled potatoes.
  • Smash the potatoes. Then add chili powder, salt, cumin seeds, crushed ground nut
  • Now smash it and make a dove. Then prepared round shape vadas.
  • Deep fry it and then serve it with dahi or coconut chutney.

Notes/Tips

You can shallow fry these vadas if you are health conscious. Many things like cumin seeds, coriander were not used for fast in Maharashtras some places. So avoid those things.
