  • Rice flour 1&1/2cuos
  • Chana daal soaked for 1-2hrs 1/4cup
  • Roasted peeled and crushed peanuts 2tbl spns
  • Onion finely chopped 1
  • Fresh coriander finely chopped 1small bunch
  • Cumin seeds 1/4teaspn
  • Green chillies finely chopped 2
  • Spring curry leaves finely chopped 1
  • White sessame seeds 2tblspns
  • Red chilli powder 1teaspn
  • Salt As per your taste
  • Oil for shallow frying As per your requirement
  • Water As per requirement

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl Take rice flour add Soaked drained chana , chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, chopped curry Leaves, cumin seeds, peeled Coarsely crushed , sessame seeds,Salt and chilli powder mix well
  • Adding little water at a time,Knead the flour to a soft dough
  • Divide the dough into a Equal portions and now Take each portion and tap it on Greased butter paper or plastic Sheet using ur hand Fingers once you get an even thin circular flat bread Make holes with your or finger tips
  • Now carefully lift the bread from greased Plastic Sheet and directly shift to a pan
  • Add few drops of oil on each Hole of the pan cake
  • Cover it with a lid and cook it on low flame
  • Flip It and cook from other side Aswell untill it turns golden brown And crisp
  • Make sarwa Pindi similarly and Serve a delicious Snack along with tea or Serve it as a breakfast with coconut Chutney or pickle or with curd.. m having it with lemon pickle..

Cook it on low flame and close the lid...
