  • Eggs 2
  • Tomato 1 Finely chopped
  • Garlic 4 Cloves
  • Wheat Flous 1 Bowl
  • Grated Cheese 1 Bowl

Instructions

  • For scrambled eggs stuffing: Add 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add the grated garlic and chopped tomato. Cook until water separates. Break 2 eggs into the pan and cook until you get the scrambled eggs texture to the eggs. Add salt as per taste. Keep it aside
  • For Potli: Make a wheat flour dough. Roll it and make small rounds like flattened puri. Heat the rolls on chapati pan until half cooked and keep them aside. Now add the scrambled eggs stuffing in the rolls.
  • Add a small amount of grated cheese. Shape them like a momo or like a modak. Tie the upper part with the help of wheat flour. Now heat oil in the frying pan and deep fry until you get the golden texture. Remove on the side and serve hot with grated cheese and tomato sauce.
