Ingredients

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Granulated sugar 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1 and half cup
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Coco powder 1/3 cup
  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • Salt Pinch of
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Pre heat The instrument which you want Use. For otg pre heat it @150 degree. For pressure cooker put salt at the base and cover it with lid.
  • In A Bowl Of Milk , Mix Vinegar In It And Put It Aside.
  • Now Mix All Wet Ingredients , Sieve Maida, Baking Powder & Coco Powder.
  • Mix Oil & Sugar.
  • In Oil & Sugar Mixture, Mix Milk With It ( Step 2). Add Baking Soda To It And Put It Aside For 3 Mins So That Batter Will Be Fluffy
  • Now Mix Maida Mixture(Step3) With The Wet Ingredients (Step 5) Slowly And Gradually So That Will Be No Lumps
  • Grease your mould with oil and flour and put the batter into the mould. And now put it in otg or oven or Pressure cooker.
  • For pressure cooker it will take 25 - 30 mins at dim flame. For oven or otg it will take 15- 20 mins @ 180 degree
