- Pre heat The instrument which you want Use. For otg pre heat it @150 degree. For pressure cooker put salt at the base and cover it with lid.
- In A Bowl Of Milk , Mix Vinegar In It And Put It Aside.
- Now Mix All Wet Ingredients , Sieve Maida, Baking Powder & Coco Powder.
- Mix Oil & Sugar.
- In Oil & Sugar Mixture, Mix Milk With It ( Step 2). Add Baking Soda To It And Put It Aside For 3 Mins So That Batter Will Be Fluffy
- Now Mix Maida Mixture(Step3) With The Wet Ingredients (Step 5) Slowly And Gradually So That Will Be No Lumps
- Grease your mould with oil and flour and put the batter into the mould. And now put it in otg or oven or Pressure cooker.
- For pressure cooker it will take 25 - 30 mins at dim flame. For oven or otg it will take 15- 20 mins @ 180 degree
