  • Semiya 1 cup
  • Jaggery 1 cup
  • Moong dal 1/4 cup
  • Kajju And Badam Powder 2 tablespoons
  • Fried copra cubes 2 tablespoons
  • Ghee 3 tablespoons
  • Elaichi powder 1 teaspoons
  • Dry fruits for garnishing

Instructions

  • Roast moong dal in 1/2sp ghee and cook by adding water. In a pan roast semiya and cook.
  • Roast moong dal in 1/2sp ghee and cook by AddinAdd cooked moong dal, jaggery, kajju and badam powder to semiya and cook till jaggery is dissolved.
  • Add remaining ghee and elachi powder. Garnish with chopped dry Fruits
